The RubbleCrusher SS410 Scalping Screen is a compact screening solution designed for applications that require efficient screening in confined spaces. It is ideal for applications in tight yards or built-up urban areas with limited space. Designed with contractors in mind, this scalper offers high productivity with the flexibility of an easily portable tracked system.
Featuring a 10’ x 4’ double deck screen box and three hydraulically-folding conveyors, the SS410 Screen allows you to size and sort up to three different products in a variety of applications. The flip hopper tailgate can be easily loaded with a direct feed from the belt of crusher or with an excavator.
Adding the SS410 Scalping Screen to your inventory enables you to produce various material sizes immediately on the very spot where the material has been crushed, allowing for the material to be recycled and reused on the jobsite. With a compact design that containerizes without any breakdown, you can be immediately running on site in as little as 15 minutes.

The SS410 is a scalping screen and typically used when there is a large amount of bulky/oversize material present that needs removing from the fines.
The SS410, is a double deck screen, that will make 3 different product sizes.
Capacity of the SS410 will depend on the grade of feed material, moisture content, and required product sizes. In a scalping application, this screen will have a higher capacity than a finishing screen of the same size.
