PRODUCT OVERVIEW

RubbleCrusher’s RC-J72 is designed for crushing in small- to moderate-sized hard rock applications, such as granite and basalt, as well as for C&D recycling, utilities, concrete batching plants and other small- to moderate-sized contractors.

Featuring an integral vibrating grizzly feeder to remove fines ahead of the crusher, the RC-J72 is composed of a 28” x 16” (711 mm x 406 mm) jaw chamber with a crusher reversing function in case of a blockage. An extended folding product conveyor with adjustable overband magnet for removing ferrous metals allows for larger stockpiles or direct feeding of a compact tracked screen, such as the RC-S48. Dust suppression and an ultrasonic measuring system to prevent overfeeding the crusher come standard. A wireless remote control allows loader operators to move the crusher and adjust the product size setting directly from the cab of their mini excavator or skid-steer. The RC-J72 also comes with a CAT C2.8 engine, as well telematics to provide information on engine performance, hydraulics and more. Optional items include bolt-on hopper extensions, belt scale, rubber shoes for the steel tracks and working lights.

Like all RubbleCrusher units, the RC-J72 is an on-site solution for managing C&D waste, reducing hauling time and costs, limiting landfill waste, and promoting the reuse of recycled materials. The RC-J72 has a compact footprint, ideal for crushing in urban areas. Highly mobile, the RC-J72 features a folding conveyor for easy transport from around a site or to multiple sites.

A rule of thumb for jaw crushers is that the max feed lump size should be no more than 80% of the crusher gape. The RC-J72 crusher gape is 28” x 16” (711mm x 406 mm ), so it can accept a max lump size of 22” x 13” (558 mm x 330 mm).

The RC-J72 can crush material down to as large as 3.5” (88 mm) and as small as 5/8” (15.8 mm) and anywhere in between. The integral vibrating grizzly feeder removes fines ahead of the crusher chamber to limit crusher wear. These fines bypass the crusher and are discharged onto the product conveyor with the crushed material.

The RC-J72 is designed to process up to 90 MTPH (99 USTPH) of hard rock, C&D waste, leftover hardened concrete and other aggregate material.
