The RubbleCrusher RC-S48 Screen is a compact, mobile screening solution for separating recycled aggregate products derived from C&D waste materials on site. These low-tonnage screens are perfect for many small- to moderate-sized screening projects and provide a great solution for builders, landscapers, gardeners and contractors, as well as for recycling, demolition and medium-sized aggregate applications.
Featuring a large 4’ x 8’ (1,219 mm x 2,438 mm) top deck and a 4’ x 6’ (1,219 mm x 1,829 mm) bottom deck, this mobile screener can handle all of your on-site needs. Featuring three foldable conveyors, the RC-S48 allows you to size and sort up to three different products.
RubbleCrusher offers an on-site solution for reducing environmental impact while saving operations time and money. Adding one of the RC-S48 Screens to your inventory enables you to produce various material sizes immediately on the very spot where the material has been crushed, allowing for the material to be recycled and reused. The RC-S48 Screen allows you to size and sort up three different products, including plus 1” (25.4 mm), ½”-1” (12.7 mm to 25.4 mm), and ½” (12.7 mm) minus. This allows you to create and sell an in-spec material.
The screen can be fitted with end-tensioned wire mesh that can be supplied in a range of aperture sizes, depending on the application.
The RC-S48 Screen can be fed by a mini excavator or jobsite crusher. The large built-in feed hopper on the top deck gives you plenty of room to dump your material to be sized and sorted.
The RC-S48 Screen can accept any virgin aggregate, dirt/soil or C&D recycled aggregate that you are trying to size and sort. The RC-S48 is the perfect mobile screening solution to sort all of your on-site materials.
